Cancel policy
At our massage salon, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure that all clients can feel confident when making reservations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice
Please notify us of any cancellations or changes to your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled treatment time. This allows us to provide services smoothly to other clients. -
Cancellations within 24 Hours
For cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment time, the following cancellation fees will apply:- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the treatment fee
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the treatment fee

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please note that even in the case of shortened treatment time due to late arrival, the full treatment fee will still apply. -
Exceptions
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as weather or emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us promptly in such cases. -
Reservation Confirmation
We may contact you the day before or on the day of your appointment to confirm your reservation. If we are unable to reach you, please note that your reservation may be automatically canceled.
